HRM which stands for human resource management is mainly regarded as jst a set of initial or old wine in new bottle as in new model. This was said my Armstrong in 1987.

In 1989 Storey defined that Human resource management subject is totally different philosophy and closely related to personnel management.

HRM is completely a new form of managing professional or personnel and therefore is related to personnel management.
