There must be reserved seats for women like obc and there must be special training and courses for women to stand in such campaigns. Special Hiring for women must be started. There must be some jobs only for women which motivates them to come and represent themselves. Even in homes there must be some work space for women instead only of doing house work and thier job is so rare ,many people deny them to do so. So, it must be compulsory for at least one women in a family must be working. She should have her freedom of going out and working overtime. First of all the rapists and other dangers to women must be behind the bars
