ATQ,

1/2 × ( sum of parallel sides ) × height = area

1/2 × ( 3x + x ) × 22 = 440

1/2 × 4x × 22 = 440

1 × 4x × 11 = 440

44x = 440

x = 440 / 44

x = 10 cm

If x = 10 cm, one parallel side is 10 cm

Therefore 3x = 3 × 10 = 30 cm, other parallel side is 30 cm

So the parallel sides are 10 cm and 30 cm
