Many company support the implementation of 'hire and fire" policies, so that they can work without the pressure from the workers' Union. It does not sound ideal in Real world. When workers losses his job, all the people related to him / her get affected.When workers have job security, their productivity level Rises and both the employers and workers prosper. Thus, it is important to give priority to the worker's interest while formulating employment policies.
