 \alpha  = 4 -   \sqrt{7}  \\  \alpha  +  \sqrt{7}  = 4 \\

after compare

 \alpha  +  \beta

 \beta  =  \sqrt{7}

the equation is

 {x}^{2}  - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x -  \alpha  \beta \\  =  {x }^{2}  - (4 -  \sqrt{7}  +  \sqrt{7} )x  +  (4 -  \sqrt{7} ) \sqrt{7}  \\  =  {x}^{2}  - 4x + 4 \sqrt{7}  - 7
