a=9 , b=18 c= 5
For a quadratic equation ax²+bx+c=0 ,
Sum of roots(α+β) = −b/a
Given α= -1/3
So -1/3 + β = -18/9
β= -2+1/3
β = (-6+1)/3 = -5 /3
