Area of equilateral triangle
 =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  \times  {(side)}^{2}  \\  =  \frac{  \sqrt{3} }{4}  \times 144 \\  = 36 \sqrt{3}

Answer:

Area of equilateral triangle =√3÷4(side)^2

so area=√3÷4(12×12) cm^2

= √3×36 cm^2

= 36√3 cm^2
