Let ones digit be x
tens digit = 4x
Number formed = 10×4x + x = 40x+x = 41x
By interchanging digits,
ones digit = 4x
tens digit = x
New number = 10x + 4x = 14x
According to the question,
41x + 14x = 110
55x = 110
x = 110/55
x = 2
Original number = 82
tens digit = 4x
Number formed = 10×4x + x = 40x+x = 41x
By interchanging digits,
ones digit = 4x
tens digit = x
New number = 10x + 4x = 14x
According to the question,
41x + 14x = 110
55x = 110
x = 110/55
x = 2
Original number = 82
