Let unit digit be x.
Tens digit =3x
Number formed = 10(3x)+ x
= 30x + x
= 31x
When the digits are reversed,
New number = 10(x)+ 3x
= 10x+ 3x
= 13x
As per given condition,
13x + 31 x = 88
or 44x = 88
or x = 88/44
. : x = 2
Unit's digit = 2
Ten's digit = 3* 2
= 6
