One of the two equal angles of an isosceles triangle measures 55°. Determine the other angles.

Given that we have an isosceles triangle with two equal sides and angle

also we know that sum of all the measures of a triangle is 180*

so , let one angle be x

and other 2 angles be 55* , 55* according to the property

so now ,,, x + 55 + 55 = 180

x + 110 = 180

x = 180-110

x = 70*

so now angles are 70 , 55 , 55

let the 3rd angle of a triangle be x
then,
55 + 55 + X = 180
X =180-110
this implies that that the third angle is 70° and the other angle is 55°
