I WOULD ADVICE HER TO KEEP QUIT BECAUSE IT IS A CLASS DISCUSSION.SHE HAVE TO   LET OTHERS TOO TO DISCUSS  AND IF THIS CANNOT BE DONE SHE MUST DISCUSS ALONE OR ELSE  SEND HER OUTSIDE.

I will advice her to talk politely as politeness is the flower of humanity when the same thing can be said in a soft tone then y is there a need to raise the voice and behave like animals . I guess he is a attention seeker so u shouldn't react to the nonsensical things done by him tell him to get matured . Tell these things in a sweet manner if the condition worsens then all the students should ignore him for a day as a punishment he will surely realise his mistake in this way . If he doesn't take it seriously then draft a letter to the concerned teacher so that she takes a strict action , hope it helps u !!!
