one of your classmates talks very loudly and does not let others participate in class discussion.discuss the problem,what advice you would give him

generally speaking in class discussion is very good but not letting others to speak is bad.I suggest him to not to speak loudly and let others to speak because every one has right to speak in class freely and without fear so anyone cannot oppose it even it is a teacher also.So i will tell good things which we do in class and make others to speak in class discussion.
