i would suggest her the following points
1) don't look into the eyes of the listeners
2)practice 101 times in front of the mirror looking into your own eyes
3)if anyone is ready to listen explain to them the whole of the presentation.
4)after you feel you have prepared thoroughly gather all your family members think that they are your actual listeners.
