With respect to the above mentioned subject, I would humbly beg to state you that the two dustbins/vats installed near Pandav Nagar, is not sufficient to hold garbage. It mostly remains out of capacity and full the the brim emitting unbearable foul smell and creating highly unhygienic condition in the vicinity.

Hence, I request you to advise the concerned to  do the needful and oblige.
