deforestation is the cutting of the large no of the trees from the earth which reduces the level of the forests present on the earth . the trees are cutted for the need of the wood for various activities . this causes the soil erosion as the trees of the forests grip up the soil and don't allow it the move. and also causes the disasters like the flood and the tsunamies as the roots of the trees helps from these disasters.
