◾Answer:-
→ Length of each parallel sides are 45 cm and 35 cm.
◾Step-by-step explanation:-
→ Let one of the unknown sides of the trapezium be considered as x
and the other one as x-10.
Now, as per the question,
1/2 × (a + b ) × h = 600 cm².
=) 1/2 × (x + x-10) × 15 = 600 cm²
=) 1/2 × (2x - 10) × 15 = 600 cm²
=) 1/2 × (2x - 10) = 600/15
=) 2x - 10 = 80
=) 2x = 90
=) x = 45 cm.
Therefore,
★ One of the parallel sides, x measure 45 cm
★ while the other one, x - 10 = 45 - 10 measure 35 cm.
