Bhai yeh toh bahut simple hai

LHS solve karke
RHS lane ki koshsih karo

You may consider 1-cos as a variable and same with 1+cos and solve further

In such questions you have to try again and again for getting the req answer if you are weak in trigo

You need to know some basics for trigo proving

Thier may be unlimited questions based on proving but you can't ask for every question

You in such questions you need to put your brain in every directions
