Rabbits=1
One rabbit saw 6 elephants
No. Of elephants =1x6=6
Each elephant saw 2 monkeys
No. Of monkeys =6x2=12
Each monkey holds one parrot
No. Of parrots=12x1=12

Total no of animals= no.of rabbit +no.of elephants+no.of monkeys + no.of parrots
=1+6+12+12
=31

1 rabbit saw 6 elephants while going to the river. Every elephants saw 2 monkeys going towards the river. Every monkey hold 1 parrot in there hands.

How many animals are going towards the river?

Your answer is 5.

Explanation:

  1. 1 rabbit is going towards the river not 6 elephants.
  2. But 6 elephants saw 2 monkey are going towards river.
  3. Each monkey is holding a parrot.
  4. But parrot is not considered here as animals.

So, number of going animals towards River are:

1 rabbit, 2 monkeys.

=> 1 + 2

=> 3 animals....✍️
