One religious community does not dominate another, This is important to prevent the tyranny of majority community. ... The State does not enforce any particular religion nor take away the religious freedom of individuals. This ensures that the State continues to be a secular state.

Answer:

it's important coz if a majority community will dominate over minority...it will be like crushing their human-rights....and this is murder of democracy... which may lead to a revolt.....and hinder in prosperity of a country....

every country should be like India.....UNITY IN DIVERSITY.....where a Hindu fight for a Muslim rights and vice versa....
