2x3−6x2−3x+5

sum of roots of cubic equation ax3+bx2+cx+dis −b/a

therefore sum of roots will be -(-6)/2=3

we can check the answer by finding the roots and adding them

roots of this equation are −1,2+6√2,2−6√2

which add upto 3 so our answer is correct
