Answer:

Answer. Nose contains hairs as well as mucus membrane which traps the dust particles and germs from entering in the respiratory system whereas if we breath through mouth, the dust particles and germs will directly enter inside the respiratory system. Therefore, one should breath by nose and never by mouth.

MORE INFORMATION

(i) We should breathe by our nose and never by mouth because air contains several microorganisms and harmful dust and chemical particle and if we inhale that air with our nose, the hair and the mucous present in the nasal cavity will prevent us from dust particles and harmful microorganisms. So, we should breathe with our nose instead of the mouth.

(ii) It is important to wash hands before eating because many diseases are spread by not washing hands with soap. So, washing hands after a meal help us get rid of any food residue that may be on our hands. To avoid cross-contamination with bacteria our hands have come in contact with earlier in the day.

(iii) Cleanliness is a must, especially in the case of food because flies carry pathogens with them and diseases to and if they have contact with our food, diseases start to spread. Opening the door to the flies will open the door to the diseases.
