$= 50 \times 8 = 400 {cm}^{2}$
Let the other side be
$x \: cm$
therefore,
x × 4 = 400 cm2

so, x = 100 cm

therefore the length of the other sides are 100 cm

=400=4x

=400/4=x

100 cm=x
