One side of a parallelogram is 20 cm and its distance from the opposite side is
16 cm. Find the area of the parallelogram.

area of parallelogram = base × height ​

Answer:

The side given as 20cm will be considered as base.

The distance between the opposite side and bas will be height.

Base × Height = 20 × 16 = 320cm²
