Let one of the side be x.

Therefore , other side = x+2

Area of Rectangle = Length×Breadth

or, x(x+2) = 195

or, x²+2x = 195

or, x²+2x - 195 = 0

or, x²+15x-13x -195

or, x(x+15)-13(x+15)

or, (x-13)(x+15) = 0

So, one of the side is 13

and other side = 13+2 = 15

The sides of Rectangle are 13cm and 15cm.
