one side of a rectangular field of area 0.5 ha is 14m. find the other side in metres.

Given area=0.5(we know that 1ha=10,000m^2)

so,Area of field will be 5000

area of rectangle= L×B

5000=14×B

B=5000/14

=357.14(approx)..
