hypotenuse^2 = l^2 + b^2

2500 = 2304 + b^2

√196 = b

14 m. = b

Perimeter of rectangle = 2l + 2b

= 2× 48 + 2× 14

= 124 m.

Area of rectangle = l×b

= 48×14

= 672 sq.m.
