SUM OF TWO SIDES IS GREATER THAN OTHER SIDE AND DIFFERENCE OF TWO SIDES IS LESSER THAN OTHER SIDE.

THE GREATEST POSSIBLE VALUE FOR P IS,

14 AS 5+10=15

THE SMALLEST POSSIBLE VALUE FOR P IS,

6 AS 10-5=5
