Semi perimeter = (4 + 4 + 4)/2 = 6 cm

Area =  \sqrt{6(6 - 4)(6 - 4)(6 - 4)}  \\  \\ =\ \textgreater \   \sqrt{6(2)(2)(2)}  \\  \\  \\ =\ \textgreater \   \sqrt{3(2)(2)(2)(2)}  \\  \\ =\ \textgreater \  4 \sqrt{3} cm^2
