Let the one of the side be x.

Then the adjacent side = ¾x

 \bf{Formula: } \\

 Perimeter  \: of  \: parallelogram=2(a + b)

70 = 2 {\huge{(}}x +  \frac{3}{4} x {\huge{)}}  = 2{\huge{(}} \frac{7}{4} x {\huge{)}} =  \frac{7}{2}  x\\

x =  \frac{ \cancel{70}  \: {}^{10}  \times 2}{ \cancel7}   = 20\\

Therefore,

x = 20

 \frac{3}{4} x =  \frac{3}{4}  \times 20 = 15 \\

The sides of the parallelogram are 20cm, 15cm, 20cm and 15cm.
