one side of the parallelogram is 3 by 4 times its adjacent side. if the perimeter of the parallelogram is 70cm find the sides of the parallelogram.

Perimeter of the parallelogram is 2 times (length+width)

if we assume that width is 3x and length is 4x,

2(3x+4x)=70

7x=35

x=5

width(3x)=15 cm

length(4x)=20 cm
