UX stands for User Experience, with reference to a user’s attitude and emotions when using a product, service or system. It is the practical experience a user has, with a product, service or system, that either uplifts his emotions positively or brings it down. This experience would depend on the product’s utility and ease of use.
The ‘one size fits all’ approach will not work for UX designs, simply because each user or homogenous user group, is unique with unique preferences. Therefore products, service, systems have to tune themselves to meet the varied requirements of several such homogenous groups.
