Let that angle be x.

So the other angle is x-20.

So, as they are supplementary angles they must add up to 180 degrees.

So, adding the angles-

x+(x-20)= 180

2x-20=180

x= 200/2

x= 100 degree.

So the two angles are 100° and 100-20 i.e. 80°.

Then,
a + b = 180 \\ a + (a + 20) = 180 \\ 2a + 20 = 180 \\ 2a = 180 - 20 \\ 2a = 160 \\ a = \frac{160}{2} \\ a = 80

Thus, a = 80°

b = a + 20°
b = 80° + 20°
b = 100°
