The Correct Answer is B.

Let T represents the weight of one bags of toys.

While M represents the weight of one bag of one Marbles.

 \frac{1}{10} t \:  =  \frac{1}{7 \:} m  =  >  \: t \:  = 10 \times  \frac{1}{7} m \:  =  \frac{10}{7} m

Therefore :

21 : 3 m

 =  > 2 \times \frac{10}{7} m : 3m \:  \frac{20}{7} m : 3 \: m \:  = 20 \: m \: is \: to \: 21 \: m \:

= 20: 21 m

The ratio of the weight of two bags of toys to 3 bags of toys of marbles is 20:21 m

1/10 bag of toys weights = 1/7 bag of marbles weight.

1 bag of toys weight/1bag of marbles weight =10/7.

2/3 × 1 bag of toys weight/1 bag of marbles =2/3 ×10/7 =20/21

So, 2 bags of toys weight/3 bags of marbles

weight =20/21 =20:21

hence the correct option is B , 20:21
