$\frac{1}{10} t \: = \frac{1}{7 \:} m = > \: t \: = 10 \times \frac{1}{7} m \: = \frac{10}{7} m$

21 : 3 m

$= > 2 \times \frac{10}{7} m : 3m \: \frac{20}{7} m : 3 \: m \: = 20 \: m \: is \: to \: 21 \: m \:$
