one the parallel side of a trapezium of area 252cm² is 15 cm. the distance between the two parallel side is 14 cm. find the length of other parallel side

Let the other side be x

We know

Area=0.5height(a+x)

252 = 0.5 * 14(15+x)

252=105+7x

147=7x

Therefore x = 21
