Let the total number of sheep in the flock be x
(1/3)×x number of sheep went to the forest
(2/5)×x number of Sheep were gazing
Remaining 12 were on the River bank

ATQ
(1/3)x+(2/5)x+12=x
5x+6x+(12×15)=15x
15x-11x=12×15
4x=12×15
x=75
Total number of Sheep in flock is equal to 75.
