Answer:

Let the number be x.

One third of number =

 \frac{x}{3}

One fourth of number =

 \frac{x}{4}

As per given condition :-

 \frac{x}{3}  -  \frac{x}{4}  = 15 \\  \\ taking \: lcm \\  \\  \frac{4x - 3x}{12}  = 15 \\  \\  \frac{x}{12}  = 15 \\  \\ x = 15 \times 12 \\  \\ x = 180
