Let the number be x

ATQ-x/3-x/4=15  (LCM IS 12)

4x-3x/12=15

x/12=15

x=15*12  (transporting x from LHS to RHS)

x=180

let that number is x
a/q,
          \frac{x}{3} =  \frac{x}{4} +15
or,  \frac{x}{3} - \frac{x}{4} =15
or, \frac{4x-3x}{12} = 15
or, x = 180
therfore number = 180
