total number of students = 63
number of girls= 5/7×total students
=5/7×63
=45

number of boys = total students - number of girls

boys= 63-45=18

to make three equal groups divide each boys and girls with 3

each group consists = no. of girls/3 + no. of boys/3

=45/3 + 18/3
=15+6
=21 (15girls and 6 boys)
