Let the number of cows be x.

Then According to Question,

1/3 (x) + 1/2 (x) - 20 + 35 = x

x/3 + x/2 + 15 = x

2 x + 3(x) + 90 / 6 = x

2 x + 3 x + 90 = 6 x

6 x - 5 x = 90

x = 90 cows.

here is your answer
================
➡let the total no of cows be x

➡total cows-(No.of cows grazing+No.of cows near the river)=cows left

➡x- (x/3+x/2-20)=35

➡x- (2x+3x-120)/6=35

➡(6x-5x+120)=35×6

➡x+120=210

➡x=90

➡total no of cows is 90

=================:-)
i hope you understand
