One third of the world is ocean. We live in only one part. The chemicals we produce through smoke and other things cause ozone layer holes but research says that ozone holes are more in ocean areas. Why??

First of all, they are not in ocean.

It 'was' over Antarctica, and it's because the extremely cold conditions favor ozone depleting reactions.

Ozone hole is not a problem nowadays, global warming is.
