° 1/ x+5 = 1/ x^2

° x^2 = x + 5

° x^2 - x - 5 = 0

° By quadratic formula ,

-b plus minus square root of b^2 - 4ac whole divide by 2a

° - (-1) plus minus sq.root of ( -1)^2 - 4 ×1 × (-5)/ 2 × 1

° 1 plus minus sq. root of 1 + 20/ 2

° 1 plus minus sq.root of 21 / 2

° x = 1 + sq.root of 21/ 2 and 1 - sq.root of 21 / 2
