One who cannot read or write is called Illiterate.
Actually, Illiterate people is who that cannot read any subjects and also they are not able to understand any uknown language and unknown subject.
Illiterate people are not able to participate in any particular events which is related to Study. It can also called as those people who have lack of cultural awareness.
