To find other zeroes we have divide given polynomial by 3x - 2
After divide,
we get , x^2 + 6x + 9 as a quotient
now solve it,
x^2 + 6x + 9
x^2 +3x + 3x + 9
x (x +3) + 3 (x+3)
(x+3)(x+3)
x = -3 and x = -3
so other zeroes are -3 and -3
