As, \frac{2}{3} is one of the zero of above polynomial. Hence, by synthetic division done in figure, we get

3x^3+16x^2+15x-18=(x-\frac{2}{3})(3x^2+18x+27)

To find zeroes

3x^3+16x^2+15x-18=(x-\frac{2}{3})(3x^2+18x+27)=0

(3x^2+18x+27)=0

x^2+6x+9=0

x^2+3x+3x+9=0

x(x+3)+3(x+3)=0

(x+3)(x+3)=0

⇒ x=-3,-3

Hence, the other two zeroes are -3 and -3.
