<b>Heya mate. (^_-). Solution below.
====================================

• At present,

Let Prem's age be 'x'.

Then, his father's age = 3x

• After 12 years from now,

Prem's age = x + 12

His father's age = 3x + 12

• But, according to the question, Prem's father would be twice Prem's age.

=> 3x + 12 = 2(x + 12)

=> 3x + 12 = 2x + 24

=> 3x - 2x = 24 - 12

=> x = 12

• So, Prem's present age = x = 12 years.

• And, his father's present age = 3x = 3 × 12 = 36 years.

<marquee>Hence, your answers are 12 years and 36 years.</marquee>
