he takes 1 hr to run 9km
then he'll take 1 minute to run 9/60km
hence he'll take 1 minute to run 0.15km=150m


hence he'll take 150/60 sec
=>2.5 sec

Hey friend here is the solution for this question.....

velocity = 9 km/hr

or

9 \times 5 \div 18 = 2.5 \frac{m}{s}

time he will take to run around a square Field=

 \frac{perimeter \: of \: field}{speed}

 =  \frac{(4 \times 35)}{2.5}  = 56 \: seconds
