HEY MATE ,

BOTH , SHOULD BE READ ,

BECAUSE IN A NEW BOOK ,

the new book contain that which is not old book ...

and this vices versa.

I hopes its helps u.

You should read old ncert.

It will be more helpfull for you.As most of the IAS suggests old ncert.
