We know that photorespiration occurs in the mesophyll cells of the C3 plant because it have RuBisCO enzymes and RuBP(Photorespiration=3 RuBisCO+O2---->3Co2+Serine)

In the bundle sheeth cells of C4 plants than why photorespiration didn't occurs in the bundle sheeth cells of photorespiration.?????

Due to enlarged bundle sheeth cells it creates CO2 concentration gradient which almost can't escape.

There is negligible photorespiration in C4 plants due to high conce of co2 in there cell....

Answer:

due to the arrangement of mesophyll and bundle sheath cells in an orderly manner as if the concentration of co2 increases in the bundle sheath cells it undergo diffusion into the mesophyll cells and there it undergo fixation . so,there will be no photorespiration in c4 plants . it is very helpful as it is a waste process
