due to enlarged bundle sheath cells it creates co2 concentration gradient which almost can't escape. there is negligible photorespiration in c4 plants due to high conce of co2 in there cell

In C4 plants even in the presence of RUBISCO and RUBP photorespiration doesn't occurs due to enlarged bundle sheath it creates large amount of CO2 thus it creates large difference and gradient.So due to increased concentration of CO2 no photorespiration occurs in them.
