only class 9 students answer please, why can't a person living in America be buried in India?

if a person comes from America and died in India. he should be buried in america only because his death certificates would not be mentioned in america and it is a problem for knowing the population and other govt processes

hence,a person living in America or any other country will be buried after death but in that particular country only in which he or she is living not in any other country
